the staff provided excellent service and were very friendly and helpful. the room was kept very clean and the internet was super fast. I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast, which had a variety of options to choose from. the location of the hotel was ideal, situated in a perfect spot for both leisure and business travelers.

Although the hotel had almost everything I needed, I found it a little disappointing that there were limited Japanese menu options available.

The elevators were incredibly slow, making for a frustrating wait. the IP TV was difficult to navigate, and it was quite challenging to get channels to work properly.

There was nothing I didn't like.

We threw a party in this hotel and we loved it! The three-bedroom suite was perfect for the occasion. We had enough space to cook and dance, and there were plenty of comfy spots to rest. The hotel staff even allowed us to check out later, which was such a nice touch. We also appreciated the hotel's cleanliness and excellent facilities.
